Department Representatives – To order, please follow the instructions below:
- Click here to go to the Employee Tickets Personal Account Page
- Log in using the account number and password that was emailed to you on April 10
- Once in the Departmental Account go to the "buy tickets" option in the left hand task pane
- Follow the same instructions as you would to purchase your own tickets. Use the "GL-Dept Use Only" option if you plan to purchase the tickets using a GL #
- The tickets you purchased will be put into your departmental account and available to print off via TicketFast or forward to your clients

Additional Tickets are available for purchase at a preferred price by PGA TOUR departments online using the appropriate GL #
- Business Ticket purchases can ONLY be made online
- Each department will have one account for purchasing tickets. This account will be owned by the department representatives who will be responsible for the account and purchasing tickets on behalf of their departments
- All business tickets will be fulfilled using TicketFast (print at home tickets)
- The requesting department will be charged via direct bill system set up through Accounting (GL# will be used)
- Tickets are subject to availability
Parking and Shuttles
- Please ask your clients and guests to utilize the hotel shuttles where they are staying, if possible
